New build installation process

After a consultation, the location of points around the house will be selected and also the location of the vacuum unit; be it in a garage seperate from the dwelling, a utility room or other location. A new build installation typically takes place in 3 fixes:

First fix

Sockets are built into walls before the walls are plastered and after the electrician has installed socket boxes

Second fix

Sockets are connected by 2" central vacuum pipe, run on the sub floor after the walls have been plastered and before the finished floor or insulation is layed

Final fix

Finished socket plates are mounted and vacuum unit is installed and tested, after finished floor is layed
